MAKING A BOOKING

• I take a 20% deposit at booking time to confirm your wedding date.

• Travel costs are 40p per mile after the first twenty from my home postcode.

• Paying this deposit is your agreement to my Terms and Conditions.

• Your wedding date is confirmed only once I have received your booking deposit by bank transfer.

• Once the deposit is received i will send out a  booking confirmation document confirming the details of the booking.

• The booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by me

• All further payments after the booking deposit  (at your bridal trial or before the wedding)  are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than  8 weeks before the wedding date.

• I take 50% of the remaining balance at the trial and the balance no later than 3 weeks before the wedding date 

• YOUR WEDDING TRIAL

• It is the clients responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities.

• The trial is normally 1-4 months before the wedding date.

• During busy periods it might not always be possible for me to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly Saturdays.

• Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by me on social media unless you expressly otherwise.
